I am using amibroker, and pc is old and slowing down.

What should be the new assembled pc configuration be?

Will install windows 8

8gb ram or 16 gb?

Processor?

Motherboard?

Price i want to pay is maximum 20k for cpu.......... I have screen so that's not needed
