Help for code of swing strategy

Sir,

Could anybody help me for coding of my following strategy:

"I need to scan for stocks in an uptrend that have pulled back. I’m trying to buy the dips. I wait for a stock that is dropping to make a higher high than the previous day to enter and use the previous 02 days low as a stop and the last swing high as an initial target. The formula filters out the stocks that will not give me at least a 2 to 1 Reward to Risk ratio."
