First of all, Let me be clear that I'm not a big fan of EA's / Robots to execute trades, without any Human intervention .... just for the fact that EA's can not THINK ... ANALYSE ... AND TAKE DECISIONS .... They ACT according to a SET of Pre - Determined Parameters ...
My own experience of ... Of having bought EA's worth 149$ - 749$ ... Of having got few EA's developed ... according to my own strategies ... Indicators ... Worth 6000$ .... At The Best ... Best my own EA just gave BE kind of profits ...
BUT ... This EA Could and Should work .... Because ...
Being a ONLY NEWS BASED EA .... This EA is INDEPENDENT ... of
1. Any movement with regards to different TF's ...
2. Any movement with regards to different Session / Market open
3. And all important PA oriented / Resistant / Support level oriented movements / Retracements .... Pull Backs ... etc
This will / Can fail ONLY when, during a NEWS, the market moves in both directions ... More than the SL ... given in both directions ....
Enough with the Introduction ....
Now The Rules of EA ....
1. The EA will work ONLY during NEWS timings .... On every Sunday evening, the timings of important NEWS of a Currency ... Impact (in terms of Pips, with regards to 6 months' history) of the NEWS on different Currency Pairs ... For example, any USD NEWS will impact EU, GU, AU, GOLD etc ... will be fed to the Server ...
2. The EA will execute both LONG and SHORT trades with Determined TP and SL ... TP and SL will be decided depending on the NEWS and will vary from 15/60 to 25/90.
3. The Trades will be Executed 15 Sec's prior to the NEWS time to eliminate any jerks that happens prior to an Important NEWS.
4. EA will take trades for all the charts, that are open ...
5. EA will take .1 lot size for each 1000$ equity for a currency pair and maximum margin used will be 25% of the equity ... But an Individual Trader will have The Option to change the Lot Size, depending the Risk Appetite
6. As mentioned earlier, the EA will fail ONLY when the SL gets hit in both directions. But during previous 6 months, out of 91 Important NEWS, ONLY 8 Times, the SL in both directions cud have got hit. That is a small %, that any trader has to accept ......
I need advice, add on's ... in puts from traders here ....
