FX Competition - Anybody Game ???

Hi all FX traders,
Taking a cue from one of the old posts here, calling all aspiring FX traders and one more post about FX trading competition, I'm planning to have an Exclusive FX trading competition for TJ Members ....
Here are the advantages ...
1. Top five traders can manage REAL accounts on behalf of my clients on profit sharing (NO SALARY) basis.
2. Profit sharing can vary between 50% / 50% to 70% / 30%.

Here are the Riders .....
1. Accounts can be Demo also
2. Accounts should start with an equity of 3000 $ ONLY. If someone can manage a small equity properly, they can always manage bigger accounts.
3. Demo account can be with any broker.
4. Open, Close, TP and / of SL (if any) have to be updated on TJ on real time basis ... As soon as a trade is executed.
5. For better transparency and for verification, all participants should open an account with www.myfxbook.com. And the respective demo account should be attached with portfolio of each participant. And each account should have both Track Record and Trading Privileges verified. Except the verification part, I do not have anything else to do with www.myfxbook.com nor do I represent them, nor do I have any business relation with them.
6. Competition will be for THREE MONTHS.

Let me be loud and clear that ...
1. In this competition, I do not have any commercial interest.
2. I'm not trying to sell anything.
3. I do not work for any FX broker, nor do I represent any broker (IB).
