Need advice on best bank/account for day trading

Hi,
I'm a newbie to stock trading and have a hunch to try my hand in day trading in Indian stock market.

Seeking your expert advice on

1. Do's and Don't in day trading
2. Account/bank with less transaction fees for high day trading transactions.
