New High - New Low Historical Data

Hi,

I am looking to get historical data for New Highs and New Lows for stocks listed on Sensex. Can someone guide me on how to get the same?

Also, does someone have idea on how to analyze new high - new low index as defined by the legendary Alexander Elder?
